We will gladly cancel any custom-made throw pillow order within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, there is a good chance that the fabric has already been ordered with the mill and at this time, we cannot cancel or refund any custom-made orders. All cancellations will incur a 5% credit card return processing fee.
